Severe, MPH, Director of Early Steps, as one of the “40 Under 40 Leaders of Today and Tomorrow.” Ms. Severe was first nominated by her peers then selected by a committee of professionals. Success South Florida is a news/business publication serving South Florida’s black professional community. Ms. Severe is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Florida Consortium of Advocates for Infants & Toddlers, UM School of Education’s Pre-K/ESE Advisory Board, and the Miami-Dade Community-Based Care Alliance.
