Welcome to MCH’s Research Institute
As part of Miami Children’s Hospital, Miami Children’s Hospital Research Institute can be traced back to 1992, when it was first established with a capital

campaign of $25 million dollars, under the direction of Ambassador David M. Walters, then President of the
Miami Children's Hospital Foundation. Jeb and Columba Bush were the honorary chairpersons of this campaign for construction of the George E. Batchelor Research and Academic Pavilion.
The work of the MCH Research Institute is dedicated to improving the health of children and their families in South Florida and beyond. We have significantly expanded our research endeavors, keeping pace with technological advances.
The Miami Children’s Hospital Research Institute is a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. Our research program provides comprehensive support from Phase I-IV clinical studies.
