Arletha has earned a Masters degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Health Care Management. She also has a Master of Social Work degree with an emphasis on Health/Mental Health from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Arletha has a Bachelor of Science in Special Education with an emphasis on Emotional and Behavioral Disorders from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. As a pediatric social worker, Arletha participates in discharge planning and provides crisis intervention, bedside counseling/emotional support, psychosocial assessments and family education.
