Our Global Health team will help you prepare for your medical visit, coordinate medical care and provide support for your family throughout your stay in Miami. Our services include:
- Helping you find the right physician for your child’s condition
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary medical care
- Making financial arrangements
- Assisting with insurance authorizations and claims
- Finding suitable accommodations
- Providing transportation assistance, including airlines, car rentals and hotel shuttle services
- Offering language assistance. Members of our team speak Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic and Japanese, with translators available for other languages.
- Making visa arrangements, including coordination with embassies and consulates
- Introducing you to our hospital’s special services for families, such as the Michael Fux Center
