Alonso, Director, of Physician Liaison/Outreach Services and After Hours Program. This department offers a myriad of extraordinary support to the community pediatricians that we serve. It also offers a true connection to our institution. Their objective is serving the physicians and their special needs. They understand your practice and how to best serve you and your patients. Excellence and effectiveness in patient care is their goal.

Experience:
An established and reputable service, The After Hours Program began in 1995 and understands the after hours needs. Our calls are handled by professional Pediatric Registered Nurses with over 20 years of experience. They offer great attention and detail to all callers providing optimal patient care.
Web-Based Technology and Enabled Equipment:
All of our Nurses stations and telephony systems are based on technology, which allows for accuracy and dependable performance day in and day out. Many message delivery options are available including e-mail, SMS (text), paging, voice mail and fax.
Quality Standards:
Interactive training programs to provide an effective training program prior to any Nurse going online. There is one Charge Nurse for every shift to provide coaching and readily available to help and support, ensuring quality for our callers. We have weekly monitoring programs, where Nurses receive feedback on their work from the previous week, updating management on the services being provided.
Low Turnover:
Our Nurse retention averages is high, with 10 years or more of service. We believe happy, healthy employees appreciate and take pride in their work, which results in a higher quality of service for our customers.
