Single sign-on. All you need is your network login to access the new portal. No longer will you have to deal with additional logins to systems such as PACS.
Multiple Census Views. View your inpatient or outpatient census. Did you send a patient to the Emergency Room? The ED Census is also available. Need to add a colleague’s patient but they are not on your list? MCH MDnet allows you to add patients to your Worklist Census. Working a particular nursing station or clinic? The Station Census gives you the list of patients in each unit. Are you part of a practice? The Group Census allows you to view the list of all patients belonging to you or one of your partners.
Lab Trending with graphing capability. MCH MDnet provides access to discrete lab data which allows you the option to not only trend the data across dates but also visually graph it with abnormal ranges and results highlighted for you.
Access to real-time hemodynamic wave forms. For patients in the critical care units who are connected to Phillips Monitors you will be able to view their waveforms in real-time via the portal.
Multi-day views of patient’s Medication Administration Record (MAR). Previously you were limited to a single day’s view. Now you are able to look back up to 90 days and see exactly what medication was administered, when it was administered, by whom and any notes regarding the administration.
Customizable interface. This is your portal so feel free to set the preferences for the way you work. Want to default to your Group Census? Set it and forget it!
Controlled software environment. The new portal is accessed via Citrix to ensure a controlled environment that eliminates previous issues particularly with Java.
