Outpatient Adolescent's Depression/Anxiety Group and Parents Support Group

Open to adolescents between the ages of 14 and 17, all attendees are required to pre-register. The goal of this group is to have participants learn more effective ways to deal with symptoms of anxiety and depression.

 

Pre-School Music Therapy Group

Open to children between the ages of 3 - 5 with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or cognitive limitations. Our goal is the development of social skills, direction following, communication and language skills using academically oriented activities. Behavior modification techniques are included.

 

Emergent Language Group for Children with Autism

Open to children between the ages of 5 -8 with autism and/or developmental disabilities. Our goal is to improve communication and language skills, cooperation, turn-taking, expression of feelings and pre-learning skills.

 

 

Social Skills Group for Adolescents with Autism

Adolescent Self-Injury Group and Parent Support Group

Open to adolescents between the ages of 13-17
The goal of this group is for members to learn to stop, think, reflect and problem solve instead of resorting to self-injury. Group members will learn to recognize personal triggers for self-injurious behavior and alternative ways of coping.
