From I-95:

1. Take Exit 79 for PGA Blvd/FL-786 E
2. Merge onto FL-786 E/PGA Blvd
3. Turn right onto Legacy Avenue. Turn left to stay on Legacy Avenue
4. The center will be on the right. 

From Florida Turnpike:

1. Take Exit 109 for FL-786 E
2. Turn left onto PGA Boulevard
3. Turn right onto Legacy Avenue.  Turn left to stay on Legacy Avenue
4. The center will be on the right.

Miami Children's Hospital Nicklaus Care Center

1. Take Exit 68 for US-98 W/FL-80
2. Turn left onto FL-80 W/ US-98/ State Road 80 W
3. The Center will be on the right. 

1. Take exit 97 for US-98/ FL-80/ Southern Boulevard
2. Turn right onto US-98/ FL-80/ Southern Boulevard/ State Road 80 W
3. The center will be on the right.

Miami Children's Dan Marino Outpatient Center Directions:

From I-75 Northbound:

1. Take exit #15/ROYAL PALM BLVD WEST onto ROYAL PALM BLVD
2. Turn LEFT on to WESTON RD
3. At the first traffic light, turn LEFT on to S COMMERCE PKY
4. S COMMERCE PKY will curve to the right, the center will be on the LEFT

From I-95:

1. Take ramp onto I-595 W toward FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE (I-75)
2. Take the MIAMI LEFT exit onto I-75 S
3. Take exit #15/ROYAL PALM BLVD WEST
4. Turn RIGHT on to ROYAL PALM BLVD
5. Turn LEFT on to WESTON RD
6. At the first traffic light, turn LEFT on to S COMMERCE PKY
7. S COMMERCE PKY will curve to the right, the center will be on the LEFT

Miami Children's Miami Lakes Rehabilitation Center Directions:

Directions from the South:

1. Take the 826 North.
2. Exit on 154th Street, also known as Miami Lakes Drive.
3. Go west (make a left). You will drive under the Palmetto Expressway.
4. Continue west.
5. You will pass 3 traffic lights. The first is to get back on the Palmetto going south. The 2nd light is NW 77 Court. The 3rd light is NW 79 Avenue.
6. Make a left after the 4th light on 79th Court. There will be a Regions Bank on your right-hand side.
7. Continue to the end.
8. Make a left on Oak Lane and continue the curve, which turns into Commerce Way. It will be the 5th building on your left-hand side.

Directions from the North:

1. Take the 826 South.
2. Exit on 154th Street, also known as Miami Lakes Drive.
3. Go west, make a left at the light.
4. Continue west.
5. You will pass 2 traffic lights. The 1st light is NW 77 Court. The 2nd is NW 79 Avenue. You will make a left after the 2nd light on 79 Court. There will be a Regions Bank on your left-hand side.
6. Continue to the end.
7. Make a left on Oak Lane and continue the curve, which turns into Commerce Way. It will be the 5th building on your left-hand side.

1. Take I-75 South (towards Miami).
2. Exit 186 (Miami Garden Drive).
3. Continue until the 1st traffic light.
4. Make a right, continue until the 1st stop sign.
5. Make a left, continue until the first traffic light.
6. Make a right, continue until 154th Street, Miami Lakes Drive.
7. Take 154th Street, Miami Lakes Drive, until you reach 79th Court.
8. Make a right on 79th Court at the Regions Bank.
9. Continue until the end.
10. Make a left on Oak Lane and continue on curve which becomes Commerce Way. It will be the 5th building on your left-hand side.

1. Take I-75 toward Miami
2. Merge onto FLORIDA’S TURNPIKE SOUTH
3. Take the NW 41 St. Exit, EXIT 29
4. Take the NW 41 St EAST ramp
5. Merge onto NW 41 St. (Doral Blvd)
6. Turn right onto NW 107 Ave.
7. The MCH Doral Center is located on the left side, off NW 36 St.

Directions from Miami Childrens Hospital Main Campus:

1. Start going NORTH on SW 62 Ave toward SW 30 St.
2. Turn LEFT onto SW 24th St/CORAL WAY
3. Merge onto FL-826 NORTH via the ramp on the LEFT
4. Take SR-948 W/NW 36 St EXIT
5. Merge onto Doral Blvd.
6. Turn LEFT on NW 107 Ave
7. MCH Doral Center is located on the left side, off NW 36 St

Directions from South Miami-Dade:

1. Take the FLORIDA TURNPIKE NORTH
2. Take the NW 41 St. Exit, EXIT 29
3. Take the NW 41 St EAST ramp
4. Merge onto NW 41 St. (Doral Blvd)
5. Turn right onto NW 107 Ave.
6. The MCH Doral Center is located on the left side, off NW 36 St.

Miami Children's Hospital West Kendall Outpatient Center Directions:

1. Take I-95 South to Miami
2. Merge onto FL-836 West
3. Take the FL-985 S/NW 107th Ave/Homestead Extension of Florida’s Turnpike exit
4. Follow signs for Florida Turnpike South and merge onto Florida's Turnpike
5. Take exit 19 to merge onto SW 120th St West Bound (Right Hand turn on 120th Street)
6. Turn left on 135th Court into shopping center where you will find the MCH West Kendall Center on your left hand side

From Florida's west coast via I-75:

1. Take I-75 South
2. Take exit #5/FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE SOUTH/KEY WEST onto SR-821 S (Toll applies)
3. Take exit 19 to merge onto SW 120th St West Bound (Right Hand turn on 120th Street)
4. Turn left on 135th Court into shopping center where you will find the MCH West Kendall Center on your left hand side

Starting in Key Largo or the Florida Keys:

1. Follow US-1 North
2. Take ramp onto SR-821 North toward FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE NORTH/ORLANDO/MIAMI INTL AIRPORT/AIRPORT (Toll applies)
3. Take LEFT exit #19/SW 120TH ST (Toll applies)
4. Turn LEFT on SW 120TH ST go 1.75 miles
5. Turn left on 135th Court into shopping center where you will find the MCH West Kendall Center on your left hand side

From Miami Children's Hospital Main Campus:

1. Start at 3100 SW 62ND AVE, MIAMI going toward SW 30TH ST
2. Turn LEFT on SW 24TH ST (Coral Way)
3. Bear RIGHT to take ramp onto SR-826 South
4. Take LEFT fork onto SR-874 South toward TOLL ROAD/HOMESTEAD
5. Take the KILLIAN PKWY exit
6. Turn LEFT on SW 104TH ST(SR-990 West)
7. Turn LEFT on SW 117TH AVE
8. Turn RIGHT on SW 120TH ST go 1.89 miles
9. Turn left on 135th Court into shopping center where you will find the MCH West Kendall Center on your left hand side

Miami Children's Palmetto Bay Outpatient Center Directions:

1. Drive North on US-1 Drive past Eureka Drive which is S.W. 184 Street .
2. Continue ½ a mile until you reach Franjo Road.
3. Make a sharp right onto Franjo Road.
4. You will see the driveway to the Center immediately on your left.

Directions from US-1: Traveling South

1. Driving South on US-1 look for SW 174th St. and pass it; continue for two blocks and make a left onto East Evergreen Drive.
2. Go to the stop light and cross the intersection which is US-1 northbound.
3. Immediately after crossing US-1, you will drive onto Franjo Road.
4. You will see the driveway to the Center immediately on your left.

Directions from SR 874, Florida Turnpike, Homestead Extension: Traveling North

1. Driving North on the Turnpike, take Exit 13 and turn right onto Eureka Drive.
2. Drive for approximately two miles until you reach US-1.
3. Turn left and travel north on US-1. Drive about ½ a mile until you reach Franjo Road (which is SW 97th Avenue).
4. Make a sharp right onto Franjo Road.
5. You will see the driveway to the Center immediately on your left.

Directions from SR 874, Florida Turnpike, Homestead Extension: Traveling South

1. Driving South on the Turnpike, take Exit 13 and turn left and head east on Eureka Drive.
   Drive for approximately two miles until you reach US-1. Turn left and travel north on US-1 and drive approximately ½ a mile until you reach Franjo Road (which is SW 97th Avenue). Make a sharp right onto Franjo Road. You will see the driveway to the Center immediately on your left.
