The Cardiovascular Surgery Advanced Projects Laboratory (APL) at Nicklaus Children’s is celebrating a major milestone in its journey of enhancing patient care and satisfaction through technology. The APL has created more than 500 unique 3D printed hearts since the program’s initiation in 2015.
